Please join the College of Engineering on Monday, November 9, 2020, from 2 – 4:30 PM at a virtual celebration as we honor AIF’s Director, Dr. Jacob Jones, University Faculty Scholar and Distinguished Professor in the Department of Materials Science and Engineering for being selected as the 36^th recipient of the R. J. Reynolds Tobacco Company Award for Excellence.

The R. J. Reynolds Tobacco Company Award for Excellence in Teaching, Research, and Extension is the most prestigious award which the College of Engineering at North Carolina State University can bestow upon a faculty member. More importantly, the awards have enabled the College to recognize the accomplishments of outstanding faculty members.

In order to ensure there is enough virtual space available to accommodate all of Dr. Jones’ family, friends, students, and colleagues (current/past), please send an email to engr-research@ncsu.edu by 5 pm on Thursday, October 29, 2020 to let the College of Engineering know you’d like the Zoom link. The Zoom link will be sent out on Tuesday, November 3rd.
