This is for registration for a FIB Patterning virtual short course. DualBeam FIB/SEMs like the Quanta 3D FIB/SEM and the Helios 5 Hydra plasma FIB/SEM at the AIF can nanopattern both by removing material with FIB milling processes and growth of material with FIB deposition. Nichole Scott with Smart Material Solutions will share her experience FIB patterning features ranging in size from a few hundred nanometers to tens of microns on these systems. She will also cover FIB patterning basics, patterning with bitmaps and stream files, and drift control.
